By now we all know of the reprehensible story of Lil Wayne's dancers beating up a P.F. Chang's waitress after a dispute about splitting a check. When any celebrity, or in this case, a parasite of a celebrity, gets in trouble it is time for the PR machine to go into effect. These days that usually means imposing a Twitter kibosh and it appears that the Lil' Wayne team has the Twitter shutdown in effect.
Here we see the now gone Twitter page of Della Hamby or @DeliaaaaLICIOUS. From her Twitter page we learn some not surprising things about the brawling backup dancer. She is "OBNOXIOUS"and does what she "WANNNNT(s)." She also lists herself as "#MADEINDETROIT." Ahhhh yes, Detroit, the ultimate Sad City.

Saddest thing is while trash is celebrated, women of culture and dignity go all but ignored. Anybody read "The Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire", recently?
ReplyDeleteI am glad this altercation got a little press. It embarassed them and made the dancers and the people who hired them look totally unprofessional. Behavior like this is unacceptable no matter how "famous" you think you are.
