I miss Shelly's Deli> The whole feel that the Civic Center had. Once you walked in there was always something new>The gentleman that did portraits near the Cigar Shop> The Candyman who trusted you when you paid him and The Ice Cream Shop. Great memories

ReplyDeleteTotally agree , the Civic center was the happening spot! Shelly's Deli was great for after the bars closed for a snack! Hartford needs to be reborn!
