Surely, it is understandable that maybe Hartford officials don't want to have murals around town glorifying violent gang members of yore, but man! That was a cool mural! Now it's just an ugly brown wall.

ReplyDeleteWhy not? We have statues around town that celebrate historic gang members and war lords. Ye Olde Windsor town green even has a monument for John Mason.
I wondered what happened to that mural. I have a birdseye view of that particular section of Park Street and Cedar Street from my office building and I thought I was seeing things the other day when something white briefly covered the wall for the day.
