Another construction project carries on in Hartford. This is how the community treats an on site dumpster. Surely you'd be enamored with Hartford with this type of community activism. What a nice place to do a job!

    ahh there be Rats - Rats running round - they so big they trying to eat me- I throw my chicken at them - they take it into the sewer whole nest of them - come swarming out - help me - my broom gone busted trying to beat them off -
