I have no idea what Councilwoman Cynthia Jennings is trying to say. What does "Looking at the Justice system" have to do with anything? Yesm , Cynthia the state of the legal & penal systems do merit real conversation and are in dire need of an overhaul, but what does that have to do with extending an honor to someone who disgraced his office?
There hasn't been tangent so irrelevant since the scattering of Theodore Donald Kerabatsos's ashes.
